YIN YOGA (60 min.)  Is a slow-paced style of yoga. Asanas (postures) are done on the floor and are held for longer period of time (3 to 5 minutes). Yin Yoga targets the connective tissues, such as ligaments, tendons, fascia & bones, improving flexibility specially on the hips, pelvis & lower spine. Working on the meridian pathways of the body. YIN Yoga aims at cultivating awareness of one’s inner silence, cultivating gratitude and understanding.
